Helps Local Man With Tigers

We are here to educate people on the importance of protecting the animals as well as the public from the animals!
We are here to help those who sometimes get overwhelmed, and need a helping hand with their animals. Although we discourage big cats as pets, their are folks out there that have them, sometimes they need help, wether it be with food, vet care, or better enclosures, or even placement of their animals, we are here to try to help!
Our most recent endeavor was helping a local big cat owner secure his enclosure, until his cats could be placed at a sanctuary. Although his heart was in the right place he needed to find a new home for them, and with the laws starting to change on  private ownership, he agreed that in the cats best interest we would find them a new home. The waiting lists are long, at all rescues and sanctuaries across the U.S.
We could not take them at this time, we needed to prepare a new enclosure before we could place them here at the rescue , so we searched for a place they could go. Weeks rolled by and were almost ready to give up and start building here, and to our surprise, one of our associates with the FCF was able to place them!
The cats were moved safely without incident, and the community will be a safer place! As for the owner, he can now visit his cats anytime, knowing they have a permanent home, and will be well cared for the rest of their lives! A happy ending, yes! Thats what we strive for here at the rescue, no animal deserves euthanisia! They did not ask to be born into this world, and deserve the chance to a quality life. Safe and free from abuse!

Please to those who are thinking about owning a big cat, they are not pets! They require large enclosures, peremiter fencing, vet care, lots of food, a life safe & free from abuse! Laws are changing, and your better off volunteering at a local rescue or sanctuary, and visit them instead of owning them!
